Embossing tool (if wanting to do the fly away hairs on beard-although I didn’t find them very effective!)
Brush for wiping eraser dust (I use a clean make up brush)

I transferred my image by rubbing a graphite stick on the back of the image and then flipping it over and tracing over the eyes and nose only. You can use whichever method you like.
Don’t forget to print your reference out on good quality photo paper preferably matt paper to stop any reflections. Or use your iPad etc.
